We are normally at the office between 9 AM and 11 AM and 1 PM and 3 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To set up a meeting, contact via email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:lyy@lyy.fi\">lyy(at)lyy.fi<\/a>&nbsp;or by phone: +358 44 787 5670<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our member service point at D-wing in our office premises is open from Monday to Thursday at 12.00-14.00. Stickers for your physical student ID are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Wellness Pass<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">What\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0Wellness\u00a0Pass?<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>The&nbsp;Wellness&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is a&nbsp;service&nbsp;coordinated&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Student&nbsp;Union of&nbsp;the&nbsp;University&nbsp;of&nbsp;Lapland&nbsp;(LYY) for&nbsp;the&nbsp;Rovaniemi&nbsp;region,&nbsp;where&nbsp;those&nbsp;who&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;can&nbsp;use&nbsp;the&nbsp;wellness&nbsp;and&nbsp;fitness&nbsp;services&nbsp;and&nbsp;take&nbsp;advantage&nbsp;of&nbsp;other&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;brought&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">Who\u00a0can\u00a0buy\u00a0the\u00a0Pass?\u00a0<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>Wellness Pass can be bought from the Kide.app. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">How\u00a0can\u00a0I\u00a0buy\u00a0the\u00a0Pass?<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>You&nbsp;can&nbsp;buy&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;either&nbsp;while&nbsp;registering&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;academic&nbsp;year&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;University&nbsp;of&nbsp;Lapland&nbsp;or&nbsp;via kide.app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\u00a0you\u00a0buy\u00a0the\u00a0pass\u00a0while\u00a0registering\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0academic\u00a0year,\u00a0your\u00a0information\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0added\u00a0to\u00a0the Kide.app\u00a0and\u00a0you\u00a0will\u00a0get\u00a0instructions\u00a0on\u00a0how\u00a0to\u00a0activate\u00a0your\u00a0pass\u00a0membership.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;used&nbsp;via kide.app and&nbsp;you&nbsp;can&nbsp;also&nbsp;buy&nbsp;the&nbsp;pass&nbsp;directly&nbsp;from&nbsp;there.&nbsp;Please&nbsp;contact&nbsp;the&nbsp;student&nbsp;union&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;cannot&nbsp;use&nbsp;the&nbsp;app&nbsp;for some&nbsp;justifiable&nbsp;reason.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">What\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0price\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Pass?\u00a0<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>The&nbsp;price&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is 45 \u20ac for&nbsp;the&nbsp;whole&nbsp;academic&nbsp;year&nbsp;and 35 \u20ac for&nbsp;either&nbsp;the&nbsp;autumn&nbsp;or&nbsp;spring&nbsp;semester. As an&nbsp;opening&nbsp;offer&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;new&nbsp;service,&nbsp;the&nbsp;passport&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;available&nbsp;at&nbsp;Early&nbsp;Bird&nbsp;price&nbsp;of 35 \u20ac for&nbsp;the&nbsp;entire&nbsp;academic&nbsp;year&nbsp;until&nbsp;15th of&nbsp;September. The&nbsp;price&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;same&nbsp;regardless&nbsp;of&nbsp;whether&nbsp;it is&nbsp;paid&nbsp;during&nbsp;the&nbsp;registration&nbsp;or&nbsp;directly&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;app.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using&nbsp;the&nbsp;services&nbsp;and&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;requires&nbsp;obtaining&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;in&nbsp;accordance&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;valid&nbsp;price&nbsp;list.&nbsp;The&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;binding.&nbsp;Under&nbsp;no&nbsp;circumstances&nbsp;is LYY&nbsp;obliged&nbsp;to&nbsp;return&nbsp;the&nbsp;price&nbsp;paid&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;user&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">How\u00a0do\u00a0I\u00a0use\u00a0the\u00a0Pass?\u00a0<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>The&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;used&nbsp;through&nbsp;the&nbsp;Kide.app app.&nbsp;That&nbsp;is,&nbsp;you&nbsp;show&nbsp;your&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;from&nbsp;your&nbsp;smartphone&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;service&nbsp;provider&nbsp;as&nbsp;agreed.&nbsp;When&nbsp;using&nbsp;the&nbsp;services,&nbsp;the&nbsp;user&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;obliged&nbsp;to&nbsp;follow&nbsp;the&nbsp;instructions&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulations&nbsp;issued&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;service&nbsp;provider.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">When\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0Pass\u00a0valid?<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>The&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;valid&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;autumn&nbsp;term&nbsp;1.9.-31.12.2025 and in&nbsp;the&nbsp;spring&nbsp;term&nbsp;1.1.-17.5.2026.&nbsp;The&nbsp;whole&nbsp;academic&nbsp;year&nbsp;(lukuvuosi)&nbsp;covers&nbsp;both&nbsp;terms. LYY&nbsp;reserves&nbsp;the&nbsp;right&nbsp;to&nbsp;change&nbsp;the&nbsp;dates&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass\u2019s&nbsp;service&nbsp;periods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">Is\u00a0the\u00a0Wellness\u00a0Pass\u00a0same\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0Sport\u00a0Pass?<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>Sport&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is no&nbsp;longer&nbsp;available,&nbsp;but&nbsp;has&nbsp;now&nbsp;been&nbsp;transferred&nbsp;to LYY. At&nbsp;the&nbsp;same&nbsp;time,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;offerings&nbsp;were&nbsp;expanded&nbsp;to cover non-sports&nbsp;services&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;was&nbsp;renamed&nbsp;the&nbsp;Wellness&nbsp;Pass.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;is&nbsp;implemented&nbsp;electronically&nbsp;and is&nbsp;activated&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Kide.app&nbsp;application&nbsp;when&nbsp;the&nbsp;passport&#8217;s&nbsp;service&nbsp;offering&nbsp;begins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-accordion ab-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"ab-accordion-title\">Does\u00a0the\u00a0Pass\u00a0contain\u00a0an\u00a0insurance?\u00a0\u00a0<\/summary><div class=\"ab-accordion-text\">\n<p>The&nbsp;Pass&nbsp;does&nbsp;not&nbsp;contain&nbsp;insurance, and LYY is&nbsp;not&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;any&nbsp;damage.
