The teacher of the year is a person who gives good guidance for students and is sincere and fair towards them. The teacher of the year makes sure that students have a genuine opportunity to influence the planning of the course and teaching. In addition, the teacher uses multiple teaching methods and takes into account different kind of learners. The teacher of the year is also active in introducing good practices to other teaching staff in the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
